mridula wrote “ I had planned a surprise bday party for a friend at my place with 4 of us at my place and decided to order pizza's for dinner. Just to be sure I called domino's asking for the last time by which they would take the order and i was told 10.30 (however they are supposed to be open till 11 i think). Everything seemed to be going as planned, i bought other stuff from the market and called domino's again at 10.20 and placed the order. By 11 the other 3 came and we did the usual 'surprise!' bit, only i seemed more surprised than him - the dinner for every1 hadnt come! I called domino's back asking them to hurry up - first the guy on the line repeats my order to his colleague-and i havnt told him my order till then and i am still on the phone hearing this- then they discuss something and he gives the phone to a colleague - who promptly tells me that i have not placed any order! as you can imagine a long argument ensued wherein he kept changing his stance to - 'i am new', 'you didnt place the order with me' etc. ultimately i had to make not so good noodles in my microwave (no gas left) and screwed up my friends birthday because either they thought their 30 minutes were up and they would have to make it free - frankly i couldn't have cared less for their free policy and would have gladly paid had they delivered , or because they are inefficient and lazy idiots who think they are smarter than the customer. I used to regularly order from there but now I have discovered papa john's pizza - with their tasty vinegary chillies, and am thinking of trying pizza hut, and any other i come across! frankly pizza wise i never thought domino's has the best tasting pizza but with their apathetic behaviour i am not going back to a place with bad service also. ”

Placing Order : 7/10 detailed and patient speakers on the order taking end.
Misc: Could have let know on offers and deals by Dominos which were prevalent. But the person who took the order told there were none (Order taker was from Hungry zone; not from Dominos)
