bhatt wrote “ We had terrible experience with this restaurant for home delivery. After ordering, they took two hours to deliver the food.
With so many phone calls, we managed to cancel the delivery charge (Rs 50 - not quite reasonable because the delivery was in same area - which they claim to be a free delivery area.)
But real fun started when opened the food packets - the food was like relief package for some disaster victims!
The vegetable was utterly tasteless - a hotchpotch of some vegetables, curry and cheese (I doubt it was there!). Primavera Pasta was totally dry noodles, not enough cheese. Pav was served instead of what they claim to be Garlic bread. Every item stunk like rotten one. They definitely don't know definition of Italian food.
Couldn't manage even half - couldn't eat despite having waited for 2 long hours.
Strong Advice: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ”

Now its down to real special occassions with a prayer for my little one to somehow be a little sleepy or quiet so we can eat the meal somewhat together. On my last visit to Casa Picola after a break of about 3 years in June 2009 to celebrate my husband's birthday,I was pleasantly surprised to find the place quaint as I remembered it and the staff very attentive and courteous even to my baby, offering him a high chair (which I have never seen much of in Bangalore, sadly) and some straws to play with. When the food came along, they even carried him off and kept him amused the whole time we ate! It was such a treat to have that unlisted service! The food was outstanding, as usual! Loved the place, loved the service. I haven't seen staff as dedicated in a long long while! (And no, thats not because I havent been out much, they just dont exist!) ”

In the middle of eating we doubt and we asked them wht they have served. They said "SORRY". This is not a matter of sorry-regret, this is related to my religion; against my religion as we are HINDU. They don't have any right to spoil my religion beliefs. Though, later they served again with proper thing but within that time the worst things happened with us. I have heard lots about Casa Piccola food and i had wish to taste those but when I went there I came back with a bad experience. They should be more more and more responsible. ”

I ordered a pasta primavera and a rissotto from Casa Picola on the 4th of Aug.Firstly the food was delivered an hour late. And when we finally settled down to eat we were in for a rude shock!
The pasta primavera was made with spaghetti!!!!! and the rissotto looked and tasted like chinese fried rice.
The spaghetti also tasted like hakka noodles gone wrong!
I think Casa Picola CMH road should appoint a chef who KNOWS HOW TO COOK ITALIAN FOOD.
I would pay a couple of hundred rupees more and eat at Little Italy.Atleast they serve italin food that tastes like Italian food!
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ITALIAN AT CASA PICOLA...ATLEAST THE CMH ROAD BRANCH ”

The service is good enough, ambience is okay shokay...however the taste is what i loved... if pleasing the toungue is what you care it is a must visit place! ”
