regular customer of anjappar restaurant for the past 6 months I use to get home deliveries. This
is the second review iam writing , my first review was actually about the good service. Now they
changed a lot. This time I was very upset with regards to their service. We actually thought of
ordering it from Hungry Bangalore but before that my husband he directly went to the restaurant
and gave the order for home delivery. So those persons have told it will take approximately
45 mins or 1 hour. We were waiting for the food , after 1 hour I gave a call to them to ask for
the status. The person who picked up the call asked which area then he is keep on thinking
which order it is. Finally I again told the full address , contact no and everything then he replies
me that till the delivery boy has not left in another 10mins u will receive your order. See what
nonsense it is my area is madiwala and the restaurant is in koramangala 4th block. We waited
for 15 mins even though we did not receive our order. At last my husband called them up and
told the person that in another 10mins if iam not going to receive the order iam going to cancel
it and complain to your manager. After that we received it but after 20mins. Then we decided
that never to order from anjappar , it would be better if we order through Hungry Bangalore.
Because if we call them for status first they reply in a polite manner and then immediately
within 2 mins of time we will be informed about our status of food. Till we receive the food they
will keep a followup. Even if any of the dishes are changed Hungry Bangalore team will take
responsibility for that. Such a nice service, great job Hungry Bangalore team. But Please friends
never order from anjappar restaurant you will really feel for it.

pranith wrote “ Hi yesterday evening around 8.30pm I and my husband thought of having food from any of the nearby restaurant. I am staying in madiwala and I am not much aware of the restaurants also. So I was just searching in a website named HUNGRYZONE.COM. I found Anjappar restaurant with chettinad cuisine. Anjappar is the only one restaurant found on that site with chetinad cuisine. Basically I like south Indian food so I have chosen this restaurant.
I just called HungryZone and ordered mutton kothu parota, chicken biriyani and kalmi kabab. I got a quick response as well. They sent me confirmation SMS immediately. Around 9.30 again I called b’coz I did not receive my food yet. Then they gave me the Delivery boy contact number. Before trying to call the boy, he reached my residence. The boy was polite and responsible, and there was no need to tip the boy actually. The food was hot. Mutton kothu parota with raitha was the best combination. It was too delicious. Biriyani and kabab also tasted great. The price also looked reasonable. Anjappar do not charge extra, no container or delivery charges and also no tax for the food. ”

Both the times I ordered carrier meals in the night. They provided with old rice which was spoiled.
They heat the rice and give it so one will not get to know so easily.
I could not recognise for first time, the rice was not tasting normal.
Just wanted to try out second time, Again the rice was not tasting good. After taking close observation I could get spoilt smell.
So never never never take carrier meals.
Its so pathetic.

If you must go here, never have the mulligatawny soup. It is the worst soup i had ever had from anywhere.
Non veg food is also not good. Tastes bland.
