Vegetables in white curry recipe

Healthy mix of potatoes, carrots, beans, baby corn and cauliflower
Vegetables in white curry recipe

Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes
2 carrots
1 bell pepper green
1 cup shelled peas
3 baby corns
10 beans
10 small florets of cauliflower
1/2 cup cabbage
2 cups milk
2 tsp cornflower
2 seasoning cubes (Maggi would do)
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp butter

Method:
1. Cut all the vegetables and cook them in a pressure cooker till 2 whistles.
2. Drain all excess water.
3. Take a pan and boil milk in it with butter.
4. Mix cornflour in 2 tsp of milk add in the pan.
5. Keep boiling the mixture till it thickens.
6. Add boiled vegetables, seasoning cubes and ketchup.
7. Cook for 2 mins.
8. Serve hot with chapatis, naan or bread.
