Dry spicy chicken dish.
Chicken Begum Bahar recipe

Ingredients:
1. 1kg Chicken
2. 500 Gram Curd
3. Refined oil/ Pure Ghee 4 to 5 tbs
4. Red Chilly powder 2 tsp
5. 5 to 6 Black Cardamom
6. Salt to taste

Method:
1. Take 1 kg Chicken and marinate for half and hour with 250 grm of curd and salt to taste.
2. Rest 250grm of curd beat in a bowl, add salt to taste and red 2tsp red chilly powder and keep aside.
3. Heat the Oil and break the black carrdimon and put in the oil, then put the marinated the chicken in the oil and let it cook.
4. When the chicken is well cook and the water is dried off then put the rest of the curd which was kept aside and once again let the water dry.
5. Serve with hot plain Rice and Dal.
